The villa strictly accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. A venue fee of R10 000 per night is applicable for weddings/location shoots.

 
Terms and Conditions
Rates are quoted per unit per night in South African Rand and are inclusive of 15% VAT.
Rates are subject to confirmation and availability may change without prior notice.
The owners and management of Dune Rose cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to property or for any possessions of the guest occupying the beach villa.
 
Child Policy:
Children of all ages are welcome.
 
Deposit Conditions:
A 50% deposit together with a R2000 refundable breakages deposit is required to confirm the booking.
The 50% balance is due 3 working days prior to arrival.
The breakages deposit will be refunded within 3 working days of departure.
 
Cancellation policy:
Low season - should accommodation need to be cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival date, the 50% deposit paid by the client will be forfeited.

High season - should accommodation need to be cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival date (December/January /Easter), the 50% deposit paid by the client will be forfeited.
